When you submit our consultation or contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, zip code, and project description, and — if you choose to provide them — your street address, budget range, and ideal start date. If you call, text, or email us, we receive the information you share in that communication.

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site — pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Site. We also measure interactions such as clicks on our phone number, email address, and form submissions. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name. We keep project inquiries for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and contractual obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to team members who need it — though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
