Finally, Their algorithms include homeowner feedback on "what they spent" from 20 years ago. Therefore, the "average" includes data from the early 2000's that will pull the number down, and create emotional whip lash when you discover how much they actually cost in 2022. Can you imagine trying to budget for a road trip using the "average" gas prices since 1999? Us either.
